Who is behind Rodory? We are a small Sicilian team that works on every creation with passion, care, and attention to detail.
What does "kawaii" mean to you? For us, kawaii is much more than a style: it's a way to bring sweetness, color, and joy into everyday life. We love beauty, uniqueness, and handmade items — and we want to share this aesthetic with all of Italy.
Why did you choose to do everything in Sicily? Because it's our home. Sicily inspires us with its colors, history, and creativity. This is where the idea for Palù comes from, from the Sicilian "palumma" (dove).
📦 Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends. From the moment they are picked up by the courier (usually within 1 business day), shipping times will vary from 1 to 6 business days, depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
Do you offer local delivery in Palermo? Yes! At Multiplayer, via Alfredo Casella 130. Selectable as a shipping method.
Do you also ship internationally? For now, we only ship within Italy. We are working to bring our products to Europe as well.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Is payment secure? Yes, we use encrypted SSL security protocols to ensure the protection of your data.
🔄 Returns and Refunds
Can I return a product? Our return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 15 days to request a return. The product must be intact and sealed. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I request a refund? Contact us via email at rodoryshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the ordered goods, and we will guide you through the refund process.
